人工智能赋能在线实验教学行为分析

教学行为分析作是教学质量分析的重要组成部分，也是教学引导与反馈机制的重要依据。文章阐述了人工智能（AI）的含义及发展历程，重点分析总结了教学行为分析方法及AI在教学行为分析上的应用。文章以东南大学电工电子在线实验为研究平台，探索分析了AI技术在实验教学行为分析上的可行性，梳理了基于专家系统的在线实验分析系统的设计思路，充分探讨了“智能”教育在实验教学中的深刻内涵。     

Sizing of multi-stage Op Amps by combining design equations with the gm/ID method

Analog integrated circuit design has as integral parts both analytical reasoning and numerical validation in the process from topology construction to sizing. Given a circuit topology, different circuit sizing results can be obtained from different processes of sizing inference. Sizing methods by simulation-based numerical searching have been a continuously studied subject. However, almost all approaches in this category require an overwhelming number of circuit simulations to arrive at an optimized sizing result. On the other hand, many published manual sizing methods by using the conventional device equations also require repeated SPICE simulations to correct the equation-based sizing results. This paper proposes a systematic gm/ID-based initial sizing method specifically customized for designing multiple-stage operational amplifiers (Op Amps). A main feature of the proposal is to use circuit-level design equations as constraints on the gm/ID table lookup method to substantially reduce the uncertainty in the sizing calculations. As a result, a significant amount of SPICE based correction work can be reduced to complete an initial sizing. The proposed sizing procedure includes a few regular sizing rules customized to the configuration of multi-stage Op Amps. We validate the proposed sizing method by application to several multi-stage Op Amp examples with a capacitive load or Miller compensation. Simulations have justified that the produced initial sizing results can achieve most of the prespecified design targets.     

Orthorhombic to tetragonal polymorphic transformation of YTa3O9 and its inhibition through the design of high-entropy (Y0.2La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Gd0.2)Ta3O9

To explore the mechanism of phase transformation, YTa₃O₉ was prepared by an integrated one-step synthesis and sintering method at 1500 °C using Y₂O₃ and Ta₂O₅ powders as starting materials. High-temperature XRD patterns and Raman spectra showed that a phase transformation from orthorhombic to tetragonal took place in YTa₃O₉ through the bond length and angle changes at 300–400 °C, which caused a thermal conductivity rise. To inhibit the phase transformation, a high-entropy (Y_0.2La_0.2Ce_0.2Nd_0.2Gd_0.2)Ta₃O₉ (HE RETa₃O₉) was designed and synthesized at 1550 °C using the integrated solid-state synthesis and sintering method. In tetragonal structured HE RETa₃O₉, phase transformation was inhibited by the high-entropy effect. Furthermore, HE RETa₃O₉ exhibited low thermal conductivity, and its tendency to increase with temperature was alleviated (1.69 W/m·K, 1073 K). Good phase stability, low thermal conductivity and comparable fracture toughness to YSZ make HE RETa₃O₉ promising as a new thermal barrier coating material.

百万千瓦级核电站轴封型主泵整机集成试验验证优化方案研究

为确保主泵的安全性和可靠性，主泵整机在完成集成设计后需通过试验进行验证。文中介绍了主泵设计与验证的总体思路，提出了主泵工程样机需开展的整机试验项目。基于已有的试验条件，进行了主泵整机集成试验验证方案的优化和可行性分析。分析结果表明，在充分开展主泵各模块、子模块、部件和材料的试验与分析的基础上，可采用小流量试验方案进行主泵整机集成试验验证。      

有轨电车车载储能系统研究

有轨电车车载储能系统是当前的业内热点。对有轨电车车载储能系统进行了研究,分析了有轨电车车载储能系统的容量配置、拓扑结构选择,论述了有轨电车车载储能系统的能量管理策略,并介绍了有轨电车车载储能系统的应用情况。     

基于“校企协同”的制冷空调课程体系的构建

从制冷空调企业的现状出发,利用校企协同、产教融合的创新组织模式,整合暖通行业、企业和学校的资源优势,构建一套“协同创新”的制冷空调课程体系,从根本上提高建环专业学生工程素养和创新能力,以满足暖通行业、企事业单位对具有实践及创新能力的高素质应用型技术人才需求。     

快递分拣机器人控制系统的设计

为提高快递分拣效率,设计了一种基于OpenMV机器视觉模块的快递分拣机器人控制系统。在这一控制系统中,通过机器视觉技术实现快递件的轮廓识别、定位、扫码及分类,将STM32单片机作为运动控制核心,外接传感器感知机器人的状态,基于串口与机器视觉模块双向通信,实现对放置在地面的快递件进行自动分拣。通过制作样机验证了设计的合理性与可行性。     

基于XML的信息物理融合系统组件建模与仿真

信息物理融合系统（CPS）涉及多种计算模型的集成和协同工作，针对CPS设计方法不统一、重塑性差、复杂度高、难以协同建模验证等问题，提出一种结构化、可描述行为的异元组件模型。首先，用统一组件建模方法进行建模，解决模型不开放问题；然后，用可扩展标记语言（XML）规范描述各类组件，解决不同计算模型描述语言不一致和不可扩展问题；最后，用多级开放组件模型的协同仿真验证方式进行仿真验证，解决验证的不可协同问题。通过通用组件建模方法、XML组件规范描述语言以及验证工具平台XModel对医用恒温箱进行了建模、描述和仿真。医用恒温箱的案例表明，这种模型驱动建立可重塑异元组件并确认其设计正确性的过程，支持信息物理协同设计和边构建边纠正，可避免在系统实现过程中发现问题时再进行反复修改。     

Human–machine shared control for lane departure assistance based on hybrid system theory

To improve the human–machine cooperation of lane departure assistance system (LDAS), a human–machine shared control strategy based on hybrid system theory was proposed. By considering vehicle’s discrete and continuous states and time-varying longitudinal speed, the hybrid system was formalized as hybrid automaton, and the shared control strategy was built to govern the human–machine interaction. Robust gain-scheduling energy-to-peak method was adopted to design the assistance system controller. The D-stability of the system was also studied and guaranteed by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI). The proposed human–machine shared control method was evaluated via the co-simulation of CarSim/Simulink and the hardware-in-loop (HIL) experiment. The results showed that the proposed approach can effectively keep the vehicle in lane and a good human–machine coordination was demonstrated.
